WHICH COUNTRIES CAN THE ORDER BE SHIPPED TO?

You can conveniently place an order with delivery options available to USA, Canada and North America (except Mexico).

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?

Please, expect the delivery within 7-14 business days. We would like to
bring to your attention that during high demand periods, the anticipated delivery timeframe may be extended due to a surge in order volumes.

CAN THE PRODUCT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless they arrive damaged or broken. If you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your package at hello@7levelsbeauty.com. Once you have contacted us with the photo of the damaged item, our agents will carefully evaluate your case. If the situation warrants an exchange, they will provide you with the necessary.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF IT DOESN’T SUIT MY SKIN TYPE?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items, so we kindly request that you choose carefully before making a purchase. Our return for refund policy does not apply to situations where a wrong product is chosen or if you simply change your mind.
