Exchanges & Refund

At 7Levels, we have a specific policy regarding refunds and exchanges. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless they arrive damaged or broken. If you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your package at hello@7levelsbeauty.com. Once you have contacted us with the photo of the damaged item, our agents will carefully evaluate your case. If the situation warrants an exchange, they will provide you with the necessary instructions for the item exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items, so we kindly request that you choose carefully before making a purchase. Our return for refund policy does not apply to situations where a wrong product is chosen or if you simply change your mind.

We want to assure you that our organic and mineral ingredients are highly unlikely to cause any adverse reactions. However, it's important to note that individual reactions can vary. We recommend carefully reading the ingredient list before making a purchase or using our products. If by any chance you experience an allergic reaction, we advise you to discontinue use immediately.
